As public relations manager for Baptist Memorial Health Care, Kim Alexander oversees and conducts PR functions for the Baptist system, handles media relations, supervises PR team members, helps coordinate Baptist’s social media efforts and monitors PR and social media trends. Kim also is responsible for leading the organization’s crisis communications efforts; maintaining essential public relations tools; updating the system’s public relations presence on baptistonline.org; proofreading; and summarizing and quantifying the PR team’s activities.

Molly Ebach serves Baptist as a public relations advisor, working strategically to develop communications plans, plan news events, maintain relationships with news media and counsel and advise executives and other spokespeople. She also plays a significant role in overall communications strategy and works closely with the marketing and internal communications team to meet business priorities and project a positive image for the organization.

In her role as public relations coordinator, Caroline Gillard helps maintain day-to-day public relations efforts for Baptist Memorial Health Care. This includes developing news releases, working with local and national reporters, creating content for Baptist’s various types of media and responding to news media issues. She also provides proactive support for new strategic communications campaigns and other opportunities for Baptist Memorial hospitals and entities.
